Forms & Applications

Select the application you need in the provided list below. Copies of the applications can also be obtained at the Clerk’s Office at City Hall. Submit and pay for your application or permit using the following options:

1. Payment/Paperwork Dropbox in City Hall Lot
   - Drop utility bill payments and employment applications
   - Pay fees for permits/inspections (building, dumpster, electrical, occupancy/property) by check with corresponding              paperwork attached.

2.  Email Forms
     -  Email the Clerk’s Office  or email Building and Zoning
     - Complete all requested areas of forms and provide documentation as required. Incomplete forms will delay the approval         process.
