Sealed bid submittals on the item's bid form will be accepted through the date specified on the form and awarded to the best responsible bidder. Follow directions carefully. The City of Columbia reserves the right to reject any or all bids. All items are sold as-is where-is and recipient may be required to sign a hold harmless release.

Bids will be opened after 9:00 a.m on April 16, 2021. Bid results will be provided to the Corporate Authorities at the Regular Meeting on April 19, 2021, at which time the Corporate Authorities may accept any of the bids, or reject all bids. Successful bidders will be notified by email on Tuesday, April 20, 2021 by 5:00 p.m.
